Medevco – The Medical Device Company

Medevco, Inc., founded in 2001, is a medical device company located in Dallas, Texas dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare through the synergy of technology and education.

Medevco constantly seeks innovative medical processes that provide the best patient outcomes and improved patient care.

Medevco Team

Victor L. Vines, MD is in private practice in obstetrics and gynecology and is Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech and M.D. from UT Southwestern. He did his OB/GYN residency at St. Paul Medical Center/Parkland in Dallas, Texas.

Vincent L. George has worked for Price Waterhouse & Co, Trammell Crow Company and Centex Corporation in various financial capacities. He holds a BBA from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame.

Darrell L. Vines, PhD, P.E. is Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science from Texas Tech University as well as a PhD from Texas A&M University.

Ginger M. Bowman has worked as a senior analyst in information technology and quality assurance and has experience in all aspects of advertising, marketing and public relations. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas Christian University.

Jeffrey L. Bradford has worked in all aspects of sales, marketing and international distribution of medical products. He hold a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Utah.


Outside Board Members

Brian M. Cohen, MD is a practicing Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist. He is founder and Medical Director of National Fertility Center of Texas in Dallas, Texas and holds degrees in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology from A.B.O.G. (United States), R.C.O.G. (London) and the College of OB/GYN (South Africa).

Brian G. Hamilton is the chair of Strasburger & Price’s Health Law practice group. Brian has authored publications and spoken extensively on subjects related to health law and medical device litigation and holds a BBA and JD from Baylor University.

M. R. Marcom is the Managing Director of Rowan Drilling U.K. Limited and the other North Sea drilling subsidiaries of Rowan Companies, Inc. as well as serving as Vice President of Rowan Companies’ subsidiaries Rowan International and Rowan Drilling. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he worked with several West Texas area drilling contractors before joining Rowan’s operations group in the North Sea.
